Beautiful church and grounds. Glad to see so many children enjoying themselves. Hosts were kind. Was there for the annual Greek Festival. Food was good. Parking was difficult. Good variety of items to buy. Do not plan on returning as the total to simply enter the festival was $50 for us. Had to pay for valet parking as there was no handicap parking for the wheelchair that we had. And we got there right after they opened.
We really enjoyed our time visiting for the Greek festival and seeing the church. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. I hope to one day sit through an orthodox service. As a Catholic, the eastern church has always fascinated me.
Went to the Greek food festival this weekend. Tried amazing food and reasonable prices. Learn a lot this beautiful church and the way a traditional orthodox church goes. It was an amazing experience
OPA!!! Every year, my wife and I look forward to the Greek Food Festival. And once again, the 2022 Greek Food Festival did not disappoint. Savory Souflaki on pita, dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), greek salad, and unbelievable gyros... all great! Beautiful outdooor sights, sounds, and the smell of open flame cooking!
WONDERFUL!!!
(Oh... Don't pass up the Baklava Sundaes)
And the atmosphere... greek dancing, music, wine and Ouzo.
Wish they held it every weekend, but it only happens once a year.
Take a tour of their beautiful chapel, after all, the festival is a part of their church activities.
Loved it! It's fantastic to see peoples from different cultures celebrating their heritage and so many more people accepting of them and embracing it!
Truly an amazing experience to be able to see this in person. The spirit felt was second to none. I have told students in the past that if they ever made their college decision...to visit their campuses. As I am embarking on spiritual journeys I am delighted to have been able to see this once in my lifetime. 🌐 …
